In the health sector, violent situations have led to theadvancement of prevention policies and practices foremployees working efficiently. The condition of thehospital, the adequacy of resources, the presence ofconflicts between employees, and the managementstyle make happy or unhappy employees that causesthem to behave positively or negatively. The aim ofthe study is to determine the relationship betweenworkplace conditions, violence prevention policiesand practices (VPC), organizational constraintsand conflicts between employees, job related wellbeing and employee job performance, dimensionedas counterproductive work behavior (CWB) andorganizational citizenship behavior (OCB), in a model.A survey on the permanent nurses and health officersin a hospital was conducted, and a developed modelwas tested using structural equation modeling. As aresult of the validity and reliability analyzes, all scaleitems were collected in the dimensions to whichthey belong, except for the VPC that split into two,and the model was partially verified. In this study,the presence of VPC reduces negative workplaceconditions (interpersonal conflict and organizationalconstraints) and CWB of employee. The claim thatthe presence of VPC increases job related well-beingand OCB were not found significant statistically. Theresults are discussed, and suggestions are presented.
