Delta sticky traps baited with the synthetic sex pheromone (2R)-butyl (7Z)-tetradecenoate of the vine bud moth, Theresimima ampellophaga (Bayle-Barelle, 1809) (Lepidoptera: Zygaenidae, Procridinae), were used for detection and monitoring of the seasonal flight of the adults of this species in Southeastern Anatolia in Türkiye. This study was carried out in Diyarbakır (two districts), Mardin (three districts) and Batman (four districts) Provinces in 2022–2024. Catches of Th. ampellophaga males were recorded in all localities in Diyarbakır and Mardin Provinces during the three year study period. In 2022, the first vine bud moth adult was captured by the pheromone trap on 23.06.2022 in Diyarbakır-Hazro-Yazgı, while the last adult was caught in Mardin-Mazıdağı-Ömürlü and Mardin-Savur-Başvava on 16.07.2022. In 2023, the first adult was captured in Diyarbakır-Hazro-Yazgı on 22.06.2023, and the last individual was caught in Diyarbakır-Eğil-Dere on 11.07.2023. In 2024, the first male was captured in Diyarbakır-Hazro-Yazgı on 13.06.2024, while the last individuals were caught in Diyarbakır-Eğil-Dere on 26.06.2024.
