Abstract

A case of spontaneous rupture of the ulnar nerve due to neglected cubital tunnel syndrome associated with rheumatoid arthritis is reported. Earlier decompression and anterior transposition in this patient may have prevented nerve rupture. © 2007 Lippincott Williams & Wilkins, Inc.
