Bu çalışmada, şükür secdesinin fıkhî boyutu nitel araştırma ve istidlâl metodu kullanılarak ele alınmıştır. Şükür secdesi; herhangi bir nimete kavuşan veya bir sıkıntıdan kurtulan kişinin, şükrünü yerine getirmek maksadıyla bir nevi Allah’a saygı göstermenin hem kalp hem de bunu fiili bir harekete ve dil ile ifade edecek şekilde yapılan eylemlerdendir. Şükür secdesini konu edinen birçok rivâyet ve uygulamada gerek Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.v) gerekse ashâbının çeşitli vesilelerle Allah’a şükretmek için secde ettikleri bilgisine yer verilmiş olup söz konusu rivâyet ve uygulamaların birbirinden muhtelif olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bu durum şükür secdesinin hükmü, namazın içinde ve dışında uygulanabilirliğinin keyfiyeti, kazası ve ilgili secdede aranan şartların mahiyeti gibi birtakım meselelerde farklı ictihadların tezahürüne yol açtığı gözlemlenmiştir. Şükür secdesinin günlük hayatta çoğu insan tarafından uygulandığı muhakkaktır. Bu açıdan şükür secdesine yönelik söz konusu ictihâdî meselelerin fıkhî düzlemde tahlil edilip izaha kavuşturulması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Binaenaleyh bu çalışmada âlimlerin, şükür secdesi ve onunla ilintili olduğu tespit edilen meselelere dair ictihâdî görüşler, mümkün olduğunca ileri sürülen hüccet ve istidlâlleriyle birlikte ortaya konulmuş; söz konusu deliller hakkında -varsa- karşıt görüş sahiplerinin tenkitlerine yer verilmiş; böylelikle mezkûr meseleler, tematik bir bütünlük dâhilinde tartışılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın şükür secdesine dair yapılacak olan sonraki çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
In this study, the fiqh dimension of the prostration of gratitude was discussed using qualitative research and inference method. Prostration of thanksgiving; It is one of the actions taken in a way to show respect to Allah both in the heart and in an actual action and language, in order to express the gratitude of a person who has received a blessing or been saved from a problem. In many narrations and practices regarding the prostration of gratitude, it is stated that the Prophet and his friends prostrated themselves to thank Allah on various occasions, and it has been observed that these narrations and practices are different from each other. It has been observed that this situation has led to the manifestation of different ijtihads on some issues such as the ruling of the prostration of thanksgiving, its applicability inside and outside the prayer, its qada and the nature of the conditions sought in the relevant prostration. It is certain that the prostration of gratitude is practiced by most people in daily life. In this respect, it is of great importance to analyze and explain the ijtihad issues regarding the prostration of gratitude in the fiqh plane. Therefore, in this study, the ijtihadi opinions of the scholars regarding the prostration of gratitude and the issues determined to be related to it have been put forward together with the proofs and inferences put forward as much as possible; Criticisms of opposing views, if any, regarding the evidence in question are included; Thus, the aforementioned issues were tried to be discussed within a thematic integrity. It is thought that this study will contribute to future studies on the prostration of gratitude.
