In this case report it was aimed to determine vaginal leiomyosarcoma in a neutered bitch. The material of this case was an adult mixed breed neutered bitch brought to our clinic complaint with a mass hanging from the vulva. In the history, it was learnt that bitch had been neutered before, and there had been a mass hanging from the vulva since last two months. The condition of the bitch was determined to be good in the physical examination. In the vaginal examination, stalked, pinkish a hard mass hanging from the vulva was detected. It was determined that the mass was originated from dorsal vaginal wall of the bitch. It was decided to remove with operation by diagnosing as a tumoral structure. Macroscopically 5.6x3.2x1.7 cm in diameter, 43 gr in weight, pinky-white in colour, elastic in consistence mass was observed. Microscopically hyperchoromatic nucleus, crossed each other, anaplastic, round-shaped spindle cells include multinucleated giant cells, necrosis and mitotic figures were noted in places. According to macroscopic and microscopic features, the tumor was diagnosed as leiomyosarcoma. Consequently, because both the vaginal leiomyosarcoma rarely seen in the dog and occurenced in sterilized dog, macroscopic and histopathologic findings of the case were considered to be able to contribute to the literature.
