Abstract

In this study, L subshell and total L shell photoeffect cross-sections were determined for Sn, Sb, Te and I by using the Ll, Lγ1,5,8 and Lγ2,3 X-ray production cross-sections and atomic parameters at 5.96 keV emitted from 55Fe radioisotope source. The results were compared with the theoretical values of Scofield. The values were plotted versus atomic number.
