The effects of dietary organic acids supplementation on broiler performance, carcass yield and meat composition were studied. Results showed that feed intake and feed conversion were not affected with organic acid treatments but supplementation of 4g/kg organic acid mixture significantly improved both the live weight, and the live weight gain (P < 0.01); carcass weight, and some carcass parameters (P < 0.01), thigh, breast, neck, liver and internal edible organs compared to control.
