Özet

The skin is one of the largest and most versatile organs of the human body, accounting for approximately 16% of body weight. It is the main interface between the internal organs and the external environment. Although it is the outer covering of the body, the skin can provide information about what is going on inside the body. Therefore, assessing the skin and maintaining its integrity are important independent tasks of nurses.
