Özet

Forty-three coriander lines which were developed by Ankara University were tested under east Mediterranean conditions for two years to determine the best yielding lines in winter season. The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with three replications. During this study, the plant height (cm), branch number/plant, umbel number/plant, seed number/umbel, 1000 seed weight (g), seed yield (kg/da), the essential oil content (%) and the essential oil yield were investigated. The seed yields of coriander lines varied between 113.8 (K11) and 229.7 kg/da (K46). The highest seed yields were obtained from the lines K67, K28, K69 and K46. The seed yields of those lines were higher than currently planted cultivars. © 2002 by The Haworth Press, Inc. All rights reserved.
