The research, which was carried out to reveal the problems experienced in the teaching profession and the solutions related to these problems according to the perspectives of the classroom teachers, was limited to classroom teachers, considering the starting point of the problems experienced in the education system as the primary school level. The research is conducted using the “phenomenology” pattern within the basic qualitative research framework. The study group of the research consists of classroom teachers studying in Hatay Mustafa Kemal University Primary Education Department Classroom Teaching non-thesis master’s program during the 2019-2020 academic year. The study group was determined using the “convenience sampling” method, which is one of the purposive sampling methods. The data of the research were obtained through a semi-structured interview form. The data obtained were analyzed by content analysis, and HyperRESEARCH 4.0.3 program was used to create the codes. According to the findings of the research, the most common problems faced by the teachers are the large classes, the low level of knowledge of the families and the wage school teaching, while the least encountered problems are the canteen deficiency and the staffing deficiency in schools. For the solution of the problems, arranging the teachers' appointment criteria, expanding the school gardens and applying compulsory pre-school education were among the priority suggestions
