Proje Özeti

In this study, the properties of were be determined after the harvest of mandarin and it were be associated with the genetic map of mandarin. 3 genotype and their parent varieties were determined storage performance. Fruits were be stored cold store at 4, 6 ºC and 85‒90% relative humidity for 3 months in cold stores of Alata Horticultural Research Station and were be analyzed every montly. In addition to 120 mandarin genotype fruits were be kept at 20 ºC and 70‒75% relative humidity for 14 days and were be analyzed every 7 days. The weight loss, rind thickness, juice content, total soluble solid content (TSS), titratable acidity content, TSS/Acid ratio, pH, fruit flesh color, incidence of physiological disorders and fungal decay, green bottom fruit ratio, appearance (1‒5), taste test (1‒9), vitamin C content with polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity were be determined during shelf life and storage.

In the light of our findings, Clemantine mandarin, Orlando tangelo, CO210 and CO3418 were successfully stored for 2 months. The CO60 genotype was successfully stored for 1 month in 2013 and 3 months in 2014.

The challange of the tangerine on all linkage groups; total 9 QTL associated with a single trait, associated with 34 QTL 2 traits, 38 QTL associated with 3 traits, associated with 25 QTL, 4 traits, associated with 5 properties of 18 QTL, associated with 6 traits of QTL 6, with 7 QTL 7 traits, 1 QTL was found to be associated with 8 traits and a total of 147 QTL. Orlando tanjelo on all linkage groups; total 18 QTL associated with a single traits, 21 QTL associated with two traits, the 18 QTL associated with three traits, the 18 QTL, associated with four traits, the 19 QTL associated with five traits, the 14 QTL associated with six traits, the 7 QTL associated with seven traits, the 3 QTL associated with eight traits, 1 QTL associated with nine traits was the property and a total of 119 QTL was found. When these characteristics were examined, it was found that there were 47 QTL in the 4th linkage group on ‘Clemantine’ tangerine. It was was found 25 QTL in the 5th linkage group on ‘Orlando’ tangelo.
